We deliver to homes and offices in Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Kuna, Nampa, Middleton, Caldwell, and East Boise County. We also offer solutions for long term storage water.
How Our Service Works
- To start your delivery service order, choose bottle size/quantity and provide your delivery address. We will contact you for payment information and set up your new customer account.
- Our water delivery service is designed to be reoccurring and we deliver to most customers on a two-week cycle. We offer weekly deliveries for customers requiring larger quantities.
- Our water is typically delivered to your door within days of being bottled. The water is loaded onto our trucks the morning we deliver, so the jugs never see the sun until they are put on your doorstep.
- After the water is delivered, it is important to store it in a cool dry place with minimal sunlight.The water is “live” and full of minerals. If it is stored in heat or direct sunlight, it will algae over time.
Our Water Jugs
- Our jugs are reused. We pick up the empty bottles when we deliver the filled ones.
- Back at our facility, the jugs are washed in a commercial grade dishwasher and new caps are used.
- We take great pride in purchasing our jugs locally from a supplier in Caldwell! Our caps are purchased from a supplier in Sparks, Nevada.
Long-Term Storage
- We often get people interested in storage water for emergencies. Our jugs cannot be used for that purpose as the model depends on their return after use.
- We do offer solutions for long-term storage needs. Contact us for info.
- We have the capability of filling storage tanks up to 4000 gallons at bulk water pricing.
5-Gallon Jugs
There is no contract required for our 5-gallon jug service. We do charge $10 for jugs that are lost, not returned or damaged.
After your initial order, we ask that recurring orders be for the amount of empty jugs that you have to exchange, please.
We also ask for a turn around of about one month on orders. These jugs are not for long-term water storage.
Our Guarantee:
If there is any issue with a delivered jug, we will replace it.
